रमेश मेराजा का आदेश

खेड़ा जिले के अतिरिक्त कलेक्टर रमेश मेराजा ने तुरंत आदेश दिया कि नडियाद नगरपालिका उपचुनाव में जहां भी शराब बेची गई, उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाए। खेड़ा कलेक्टर आईके पटेल ने चुनाव अधिकारी और पुलिस अधीक्षक को तत्काल लिखित में निर्देश दिया है कि चुनाव के समय शराब या चबाने की बिक्री जहां भी हो, उस पर कार्रवाई की जाए।

1.50 लाख से 50 लाख तक चबाने वाली शराब

सर्व समाज सेना के महिपत सिंह चौहान ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि नगरपालिका की लागत 1.50 लाख है। लेकिन 20 लाख विधानसभा में 2.50 करोड़ खर्च करता है। यदि विधानसभा में 100 गांव हैं, तो एक व्यक्ति के पीछे 1 हजार का ऐला खर्च करतें है। एक विधानसभा सीट में अधिकांश लागत 25-30 लाख रुपये और शराब के लिए 50 लाख रुपये है। लोको को एक मत के लीये 100 से 500 रुपये दिए जाते हैं। हरेक उम्मीदवार 1 करोड़ नकद देता है। मगर कोई पकडा नहीं जाता है।

चूनाव का ए खर्च कोलशाही को भ्रष्ट कर रही है। 2.50 करोड का खर्च करके विधायक 50 करोड़ रुपये वसूल करते है और दूसरा खर्च निकाल लेते है। महिपत सिंह चौहान ने आरोप लगाया है कि चुनाव में मतदाताओं को चबाना और शराब देकर लोकतंत्र का उल्लंघन किया जा रहा है।

इस तथ्य के बावजूद कि इस प्रणाली से अवगत है, इस दिन तक चवाना और शराब के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। यदि चुनाव में ऐसा कुछ भी होता है, तो उनके  वीडियो शूट करके, सबूत प्रदान करेंगे। संबंधित अधिकारी को निलंबित करना होगा। अन्यथा, सारी सेना इस मामले में पूरे गुजरात में सत्याग्रह के साथ आंदोलन करेगी।

याचिकाकर्ता जिला चुनाव अधिकारी से 200 या 2 हजार रुपये या शराब इकट्ठा करने और फिर राजनीतिक नेताओं के चुने जाने के बाद करोड़ों रुपये इकट्ठा करने के बाद याचिका प्राप्त करता है। मतदाताओं की कोई गिनती तब नहीं होती है। क्योंकि उन्होंने शराब ओर चबाना ले के वोट खरीदा है।
