ગુજરાતની વડી અદાલતે સરકારને ટકોર કરી છે કે સરકાર આંકડાઓ છુપાવે છે. એવા સંજોગોમાં ગુજરાતમાં કોરોના મહામારીમાં મૃત્યુ પામેલા તમામ મૃતકના પરિવારોને સરકારની રૂપિયા 4 લાખની સહાય મળે એ હેતુથી ગુજરાત કોંગ્રેસ દ્વારા જે પણ મૃતક પરિવારો છે, એમની માહિતી મેળવવામાં આવશે. એ માહિતી એકત્રીત કરીને સરકારને સુપ્રત કરવામાં આવશે. જેથી કરીને આ પરિવારનો સહાય ઝડપથી સરળતાથી મળી શકે.
માહિતી મેળવવા માટે ગુજરાત પ્રદેશ કોંગ્રેસ સમિતિ દ્વારા ગુગલ ફોર્મના સ્વરૂપમાં લોકોને ઘેરઘેર સુધી આ ફોર્મ મોકલવામાં આવશે. જે તે મૃતકના પરિવાર દ્વારા એની સંપૂર્ણ વિગત ભરીને અમને મળશે એ તમામ લોકો વતી અમે સરકારમાં રજુઆત કરીશુ. પણ કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકરો ગામ દીઠ મોતના આંકડાઓ મેળવશે કે કેમ તે તેના પરથી સ્પષ્ટ થતું નથી.
4 લાખની સહાય આપો
ગુજરાત પ્રદેશ કોંગ્રેસ સમિતિના પ્રમુખ અમિત ચાવડાએ પત્રકાર પરિષદને સંબોધન કરતાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, કોરોનાની મહામારી ખુબ ગંભીર તબક્કામાંથી પસાર થઈ રહી છે. પરિસ્થિતિ બેકાબુ છે. કોરોના મહામારીને આજે 13 મહિનાનો સમય વ્યતીત થયો ત્યારબાદ સમગ્ર ગુજરાતમાં આજે ભય, અંધાધૂધી અને આરજકતાનો માહોલ છે.
અમે સરકારને ફરી વિનંતી કરીએ છીએ કે, કોરોનામાં મૃત્યુ પામેલાઓના પરિવારજનોને 4 લાખ રૂપિયાની સહાય ચુકવવાની તાત્કાલીક જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવે.
નિષ્ઠુર સરકાર લોકોના મોત સાથે રમત
એના માટે કોંગ્રેસનો કાર્યકર આ મૃતકપરિવારોની સાથે રહી સરકારમાં રજુઆત પણ કરશે અને એમને ઝડપથી સહાય મળે એવા પ્રયત્નો પણ કરશે. આપણે સૌએ છેલ્લા એક વર્ષમાં આ મહામારીના સમયમાં જોયું છે કે સરકાર વારંવાર આંકડા છુપાવે છે. એ ટેસ્ટીંગના આંકડા હોય કે મૃતકોના આંકડા હોય. સાચી જમીની હકીકત તદ્દન વિપરીત છે. એક દાખલો આપની સમક્ષ ધારાસભ્ય નૌષાદભાઈ સોલંકી અને ઋત્વિકભાઈ મકવાણા જમીની સાચી હકીકત મેળવી રજુ કરી છે. તમારી સમક્ષ એક જિલ્લાનો શુ કૌભાંડ ચાલે છે, કેવી રીતે માહિતી છુપાવવામાં આવે છે, કેવી રીતે નિષ્ઠુર સરકાર લોકોના મોત સાથે પણ રમત રમી રહી છે. એનો પુરાવો આપવા માંગીએ છીએ.

25 ગણા મૃત્યુ છૂપાવે છે
ગુજરાત સરકારની અધિકૃત વેબસાઈટ ઉપર સુરેન્દ્રનગર જિલ્લામાં કોરોના સંક્રમિત કુલ 122 લોકોનાં જ મૃત્યુ થયાનું દર્શાવવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે. તો શુ સરકાર 25 ગણા મૃત્યુ ઓછા દર્શાવ્યા છે ? આ સત્ય હોય તો સરકારની આ ભુલ સેંકડો લોકોની હત્યા બરાબર કહેવાય તથા સરકાર સામે ગુજરાતના લોકોનો વિશ્વાસભંગ કરી સત્ય છુપાવી ઘોર ગુન્હાહીત અપરાધ નથી ?
65 દિવસમાં 3600 મોત
જો માત્ર 65 દિવસમાં સુરેન્દ્રનગર જિલ્લામાં 3577 મૃત્યુ થયા હોય તો સમગ્ર ગુજરાતમાં 33 જિલ્લાઓમાં કેટલા થયા હશે ? આ બિહામણો અને અકળાવનારો સવાલ એક ગુજરાતીને કેમ ન થાય. ભાજપ સરકાર દેશને કોરોનાના મુખમાં ધકેલી બંગાળ અને આસામની ચૂંટણીઓ જીતવા રેલીઓ કરી હતી. શું તેને માફ કરાય ? આથી વિશેષમાં જો તાલુકાદિઠ સરખામણી કરીએ તો વઢવાણ, ધ્રાંગધ્રા, દસાડા, લીંબડી અને થાનગઢમાં મૃત્યુઆંકમાં અત્યંત વધારો થયેલ છે.

એવા સંજોગોમાં આજે ગુજરાતના મહામારીના સમયમાં પેન્ડેમીક એક્ટ, ગુજરાત ડીઝાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ એક્ટ 2003, ડીઝાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ એક્ટ 2005 આ કાયદાઓ હેઠળ નિયંત્રણો અને કાયદાઓ અમલમાં છે. દરેક ડીઝાસ્ટરના એક્ટ છે, પેન્ડેમીકના એક્ટ છે એમાં બે જોગવાઈઓ હોય છે.
