રાજ્યમાં 114 ડ્રોન મારફતે ગુજરાતના 6.50 કરોડ લોકો અને વાહનો ઉપર પોલીસ દ્વારા નજર રાખવામાં આવી રહી છે . 5,70,175 લોકો પર એક ડ્રોન ઉડાવવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે. જેમાં અમદાવાદમાં થોડા લોકો પકડાયા છે.
લોકડાઉન દરમિયાન જાહેરનામાના ભંગના 24 કલાકમાં 1213 અને હોમ કવોરન્ટાઈન ભંગના 415 તથા અન્ય 201 ગુનાઓ મળી કુલ 1865 ગુનાઓ 04 એપ્રિલ 2020 રોજ દાખલ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે . જેમાં 2724 વ્યક્તિઓની અટકાયત કરાઈ છે . 8172 વાહનો જપ્ત કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. જેમાં ડ્રોનથી પકડાયા હોય એવા ઓછા છે.
રાજ્યના પોલીસ વડા શિવાનંદ ઝાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે , રાજ્યમાં લોકડાઉનની ચુસ્ત અમલવારી માટે હવે પોલીસ દ્વારા ટેક્નોલોજીનો મહત્તમ ઉપયોગ કરાશે .
વાહનોના નંબર પ્લેટને આધારે રસ્તા ઉપર વારંવાર ફરતા દેખાતા નાગરિકોને શોધી કાઢવા માટે ઓટોમેટિક નંબર પ્લેટ રિકગ્નાઇઝેશન સોફ્ટવેરની મદદ લેવામાં આવશે .
વાહનોનું એનાલિસીસ કરીને એક જ નંબર ધરાવતા વાહનની રૂટ હિસ્ટ્રી તપાસી બિનજરૂરી ફરતા વાહનચાલકોની યાદી તૈયાર કરાશે. તેમની સામે ગુનો દાખલ કરવાનું નક્કી કરાયું છે.
આવશ્યક સેવાઓ સાથે જોડાયેલા કેટલાક લોકો તેમને મળેલી પાસ – પરમીટનો દુરુપયોગ કરતા હોવાનું પણ ધ્યાને આવ્યું છે . લોકડાઉનની સ્થિતિમાં કેટલીક વ્યક્તિઓ આ વાહનમાં લોકોને બેસાડીને એક સ્થળેથી બીજા સ્થળે લઈ જઈ રહ્યાં છે.
દિલ્હી નિઝામુદ્દીન મરકઝથી ગુજરાતમાંથી 103 નાગરિકો પકડાયા જેમાં એકનું મૃત્યુ અને એકનો રિપોર્ટ પોઝિટિવ આવ્યો છે . આજે અન્ય સાત વ્યક્તિઓને ઓળખી લેવામાં આવ્યા છે, જે તમામ સાત વ્યક્તિઓ નવસારીના છે . કુલ 110 વ્યક્તિઓને પોલીસે શોધી કાઢ્યા છે જે તમામને કવોરંટાઈન કરવા સહિતની જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવી છે .
અમદાવાદમાં સંપૂર્ણ પ્રતિબંધ

Over 6.50 crore people and vehicles of Gujarat are being monitored by the police through 114 drones in the state. A drone is flying at 5,70,175 people. In which few people have been caught in Ahmedabad.
During the lockdown, a total of 1865 offenses were registered on April 04, 2020 in the 24 hours of the breach of the notification and 415 of the home quarantine breaches and 201 other offenses. In which 2724 persons have been detained. 8172 vehicles have been seized. There are few that are caught by the drone.
Chief of the state police Shivanand Jha said that the technology will now be utilized by the police for the tight implementation of lockdown in the state.
Automatic number plate recognition software will be used to detect civilians who are frequently seen on the road, depending on the number plate of the vehicle.
An analysis of the vehicles will be done by checking the route history of the vehicle with the same number and making a list of unnecessary moving vehicles. It has been decided to file a crime against them.
It is also noticed that some people connected to essential services are abusing the pass permits they receive. In the case of lockdown, some individuals are transporting people in this vehicle from one place to another.
From Delhi Nizamuddin Marquez, 103 citizens were arrested from Gujarat in which one has died and one has reported positive. Today, seven other persons have been identified, all of whom are seven. A total of 110 persons have been identified by the police who have taken necessary action including quarantine.

राज्य के पुलिस प्रमुख शिवानंद झा ने कहा कि राज्य में तालाबंदी के कड़े क्रियान्वयन के लिए पुलिस द्वारा प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग किया जाएगा।
स्वचालित नंबर प्लेट मान्यता सॉफ्टवेयर का उपयोग उन नागरिकों का पता लगाने के लिए किया जाएगा जो वाहन की नंबर प्लेट के आधार पर अक्सर सड़क पर दिखाई देते हैं।
एक ही नंबर के साथ वाहन के मार्ग के इतिहास की जांच करके और अनावश्यक चलने वाले वाहनों की सूची बनाकर वाहनों का विश्लेषण किया जाएगा। उनके खिलाफ अपराध दर्ज करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
यह भी देखा गया है कि आवश्यक सेवाओं से जुड़े कुछ लोग प्राप्त परमिट को रद्द कर रहे हैं। लॉकडाउन के मामले में, कुछ व्यक्ति इस वाहन में लोगों को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान पर ले जा रहे हैं।
